SELF-HELP CENTER
Four-story, 28,000 square foot office and retail building.
The building was constructed in 1913 and operated as the Proctor Hotel until 1963.
Total renovation in 2004 created bright, modern office and commercial space. It was one of the catalysts of Greenville's historic district. Opened in early 2005.
