Executive Assistant to CEO/COO
Principal Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer
- Monitor calendar, telephone calls and correspondence. Respond to high volume of telephone calls which require contact with range of high-level government and business officials.
- Arrange appointments, meetings, conference calls, various events, with responsibility for coordinating accompanying materials. Coordinate travel arrangements.
- Manage record-keeping, filing, and other ongoing activities necessary for the quick retrieval of essential information.
- Prepare and draft correspondence and minutes
- Review incoming mail. As directed, draft/respond to correspondence, inquiries and invitations.
- Manage special projects, including development of reports.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
Strong planning and organizing skills; high level of interpersonal skills to handle confidential situations with poise, tact and diplomacy; continual attention to detail in composing and proof-reading materials; proficiency in word processing; must be able to demonstrate track-record of exceptional initiative in problem-solving. Some college preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must have a minimum of 5 years related experience in supporting executive level staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
