Administrative Assistant
Position Description:
This position reports to the Wilmington Branch Director and provides executive level support to that position as well as providing support to the loan officers as requested.
Principal Responsibilities:
The administrative assistant will be available to greet visitors and building tenants, during regular business hours on a daily basis. They will also answer the telephone and manage the telephone system; handle daily in-coming an out-going mail as well as overnight letters, etc; meet with potential building tenants and provide support to the building manager and leasing personnel as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
Must be familiar and proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and all other proprietary software used by Self-Help and their managers and loan officers.
Desired Qualifications:
Applicable College degree or equivalent experience. Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
